Dodge announces a new Shakedown Package available for the Challenger R/T Shaker, R/T Plus Shaker and 392 Hemi Scat Pack Shaker models. The Challenger and Charger also gets two new paint colors from the past. B5 Blue and Plum Crazy purple are blasts from the past making a comeback.

The 1967-1971 Plymouth GTX is the focus of this edition of the Muscle Car Showcase. The GTX was Plymouth’s new “supercar” for 1967. Based on the Belvedere, the GTX came standard with big V8 power and a host of other performance features. This intermediate was marketed as a gentleman’s muscle car — no greasy kid stuff here. It’s no surprise the new 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 set a production-car record lapping around the Grand Course West track at the Virginia International Raceway.
