2017 North American International Auto Show

The 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit is the first major auto show of the new year. The Motor City hosts one of the best shows for muscle car lovers and this year’s event was no exception. The Big Three were well represented and there were a few surprises that caught our attention as well. The temperature outside may have been in the teens but our enthusiasm heated up once we got inside Cobo Hall. There was so much to see and experience during the two-day media preview. The 2016 Ford Focus RS is the latest addition to the TCB Garage. Ever since the Focus RS was announced last March, we’ve wanted to get behind the wheel of one of these compact titans. With all the hoopla surrounding the car, we wanted to see if it really lived up to the hype. With that in mind, we spent several days putting the Focus RS through its paces on a variety of different road conditions. Everywhere from our daily commute to some winding country back roads. TCB Visits The 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show

The great thing about the Los Angeles Auto Show is that it marks the beginning of auto show season. We’ve been counting the days to the show and anxious to get up close and personal with some of the hottest new and vintage muscle during media days at this year’s spectacle. This year’s show definitely didn’t disappoint! The Los Angeles Convention Center was abuzz with plenty of fresh muscle from the Big Three and other vendors. 2016 Shelby GT350 North American Track Tour

Ford recently invited us to participate in the 2016 Shelby GT350 North American Track Tour. The tour allowed us to get up close and personal with the new GT350 and then take the car for a few laps around the track to see what this beast is capable of doing. Our Thursday morning started early at 8:00 a.m. at Atlanta Motorsports Park in Dawsonville, Georgia. After getting registered for the event, visiting with a few fellow journalists, and woofing down some blueberry muffins and coffee, we were ready to start the day with a brief orientation about today’s activities. The 2016 Ford Mustang GT California Special convertible is the latest addition to the TCB Garage. This modern day interpretation is a throwback to the original that first appeared way back in 1968. Fast forward to 2016 and the concept is pretty much the same. Except this time around, you can get the California Special as a coupe or convertible.
